To honor the varied dietary needs and sleep cycles of guests, the Retreat offers a NO HOST CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST of: granola cereal, plain yogurt, juice, coffee and tea.

Guests have access to a full kitchen and dining room to prepare and enjoy meals if they choose. Most visitors prefer shopping for their favorite organic/vegetarian prepared dishes and groceries at Mother's Market & Kitchen less than 2 miles from The Retreat. Other grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance as well.
